Shrimp Roll in Lettuce Wrap

- 1 lb cooked shrimp cut into large chunks (2-3)
- ½ cup celery finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onions finely chopped
- ⅛ cup green onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- lettuce for wrap
- Combine all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl
- Gently mix all the ingredients together
- Rest in refrigerator for about 15 minutes to chill and for flavors to impart
- Place on a leafy lettuce, roll up and enjoy!
